All the negatives about Robb Ross service counter are ridiculous. I have never received any bad service from any ladies in office counter. I tell them what I need, tell them it's for me, give her my debit card and Voila I'm out the door in two shakes.
I've been using Rob Ross foods for over 10 years the quality of products everything from pie filling to just plain dough has been excellent. Their all the staff there is always quite friendly and ready to help you at any time. Even when i phone ahead though be quite happy to employees to have my order ready that way I can just walk run to the office pay for them drive to the back and pick it up from the warehouse.
